• Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Never engage in or tolerate physical or verbal abuse, whether it involves teammates or opponents.

• Fair Play: Abide by the rules of the game, refraining from any form of cheating.

• Sportsmanship: Display good sportsmanship in both victory and defeat.

• Compliance: Follow game rules and the instructions of the on-field captain at all times.

• Punctuality and Commitment: Arrive at games on time, stay until the end, and honor all training and match commitments. Notify the captain or selection committee in advance if attendance is not possible due to extenuating circumstances.

• Encouragement and Team Spirit: Celebrate each other’s successes, support one another on the field, and share in the lessons of defeat.

• Inclusivity: Use English on the field to ensure effective communication and inclusiveness for all players.

• Care for Equipment: Treat facilities, club resources, and teammates’ equipment with respect and assist in packing up after use.

• Contribute to Operations: Help with team responsibilities such as field setup, scoring, umpiring, and other necessary duties.

• Timely Payments: Pay club and match fees on time to support club operations.

• Public Representation: Avoid making public statements on behalf of the club without express permission from the Club President.

• Resolve Concerns Respectfully: Refrain from disparaging teammates or the club. Instead, escalate concerns to the captain or Club President to resolve them with mutual respect.

Consequences for Violations

Breaches of this code of conduct may result in suspension from games and, in severe cases, exclusion from the club.
